2. Caulk Fasteners – Caulk all exposed fasteners
3. Inspect Accessories – Review accessory age and advise if accessories need to be replaced
4. Paint Accessories – Apply protective paint to all accessories to prevent rust
5. Wind Damage – Replace up to 3 wind damaged or missing shingles
6. Gutter Issues – Address gutter draining or clogging issues
7. Repair 1 water leak – Address and report the root cause of 1 water leak
